Kyoto Amanohashidate & Ine Funaya & Ine Bay Scenic Day Trip (Departing from Osaka or Kyoto)

Today, I participated in the Amanohashidate + Ine Funaya one-day tour, and the overall experience was fantastic ❤️ Our tour guide, JUN, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He clearly explained the itinerary and meeting times, and he also reminded everyone of important details along the way, making the entire trip feel very safe and smooth. What's most commendable is that Guide JUN can provide explanations in both Chinese and English, ensuring that travelers from different countries are well taken care of. His explanations were clear and patient, truly professional 👏 The scenery at Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya was also beautiful, and the tour schedule was perfectly arranged, without feeling rushed or pressured. Thank you, Guide JUN, for taking such good care of us throughout the day. You helped us create wonderful memories of our Kyoto day trip 🇯🇵❤️ Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had such a great day on this day trip! I’m really glad I chose to do it as an organised tour – it made everything so easy and convenient! We had plenty of time to walk around Ine and Amanohashidate. The boat trip lasted about 30 minutes and was a lot of fun as well. I would definitely recommend booking this day trip if you’re interested in visiting Ine and Amanohashidate. The guide and driver were both great! We did leave about 15 minutes late because some passengers arrived late. I thought that was a bit inconsiderate, as the information clearly stated that we would leave at 9:00 a.m. and that everyone should be there by 8:45 a.m. Luckily, it didn’t affect the trip in the end, and we still had plenty of time at every stop. One tip: the meeting point can be a little tricky to find, so make sure you arrive early ;-) Communication with the guide was perfect. We received an email with all the information a day before. On the day itself he communicated with us via WhatsApp.

I highly recommend this Klook tour! Our tour leader, Lee, was incredibly professional and made us feel at ease from the very beginning. Lee's time management skills were exceptional; the amount of time spent at each attraction was perfectly balanced, so we never felt rushed or like we were just skimming through. I especially want to commend Lee for the thoughtful "Suggested Attraction Order Explanation Sheet." It clearly organized and explained the complex routes and highlights, allowing everyone to quickly grasp the essentials and explore more systematically. The entire trip was filled with enthusiastic service and meticulous attention to detail. It was an excellent tour that offered great value, and I would definitely join again if I have the chance!

Our tourist guide named Ellen can do this trip very well. She is kind and nice to me. I told her to reserve the seat at the front row because I may have motion sickness whenever I take a bus. She takes care everyone and very good information for me to travel. Today I have a lot of photos to show my daughter. My daughter said that please take her with me to travel like this because it’s perfect trip. I am happy and very excited to visit all the places. Thanks for the wonderful trip today. 1. The bus stops in Kyoto are complicated to find, so we recommend arriving 20 minutes early. Once you find your stop, you can then go inside to buy drinks and snacks to take on the bus. 2. Buses at Kyoto Station can only stop for 10 minutes and depart very punctually. There was actually a group of 5 people who missed their bus. 3. The journey is quite long, so we suggest bringing convenience store food for lunch. The Ine Kawasakya rice balls sell out quickly, and other shops have long lines, which might make you late for the next destination. There aren't many food options there. 4. There isn't much good food near Amanohashidate, and what's available is very expensive. Souvenirs can be bought elsewhere. 5. Vending machine drinks are also more expensive, so it's best to bring your own. 6. Because the attractions were very crowded, the tour guide asked if everyone wanted to flexibly adjust the order of meals or the next attraction, showing great adaptability.

Had an amazing time during this tour, tour guide Amy was very friendly and offered very clear explanation of the itinerary and attractions. We even got to skip the queue for the chair lift since we were part of the tour group. She's great with English, Chinese and Japanese. Highly recommend anyone looking to visit amanohashidate to join this day tour for a hassle free experience!

We booked this tour through Klook, and everything went smoothly. It was very hot since it’s summer in Japan, but Ms. Effy and Rex were very prepared and had everything we needed to make the trip more comfortable. They even gave us souvenirs, which was a really nice surprise. We’ve booked several tours through Klook, and this was the first time a guide gave us souvenirs. One of my friends also had a girls’ emergency, and Ms. Effy kindly went out of her way to help her and make sure she was comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this tour.

Amanohashidate was the absolute highlight of my trip to Japan. The scenery is breathtaking—from the charming houses lining the bay to the crystal-clear water. One of my favorite moments was the boat ride, where seagulls and eagles flew so close that we could feed them. Riding the cable car to the viewpoint and seeing the famous pine-covered sandbar, said to resemble a dragon soaring through the sky, was simply spectacular. It’s one of those places that photos can never fully capture, and I highly recommend adding it to any Japan itinerary. A special thanks to our tour guide, Amanda. She speaks excellent English, provided detailed and interesting information throughout the tour, and kept everything well organized. The entire trip ran very smoothly, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free from start to finish.

Rex is the name of our tour guide. He was very helpful in everyway. He is very fluent in english, good communication skills. He gave us the right directions to where we can see the beauty of our tour package. He also recommended other things to do while in Japan. Lastly, he is very approachable and gave us souvenirs to keep.
