Hanoi - Hue Deluxe Sleeper Train by Damitrans Express

Much better than we expected! Yes it's noisy but we slept throught the night. Great and affordable food options, few free snacks in the cabin, train left and reached destination on time. Would 100% book this night train again.

we were met in train station lobby and escorted to the VIP lounge(you have to buy something to hang out there) soon after someone came to escort us to train car. there is a car with food and drinks, the beer is cheap and part of the experience. bathrooms were fine. one was used for smoking which was kind of gross and made the car stink. overall I’m glad we took the trip.

The private room is quite clean and tidy, and it offers complimentary snacks, fruit, and water. The only thing is that it's a bit shaky on the road, but overall it's still acceptable.

There was no place to put our suitcases (2 each person) and we asked the staff if there is a possibility to put them in an empty cabin so we leave some space for everyone instead of jumping over every time being dangerous when train is mooving. We didn't get help! the staff wanted money for that - too bad!

Booking and train station boarding assistance were great. However, it was a shame that I couldn't see the outside scenery because it was a night train.
