Small Group Tour of Tokyo, Mount Fuji, and Lake Yamanaka (including cycling)

The arrangement was very good. The itinerary was sent out the day before, the driver arrived on time, drove safely, and the itinerary was not rushed. I am grateful that the weather was very good that day, I took a lot of photos, and I could also ride a bicycle 🫶🏻

highly recommended for anyone who wants to go to Mt Fuji. The tour guide was very good and helpful and on time.

it was a very wet day with bad visibility but our guide made the most of it and to our delight by the time we got to the last stop we had breathtaking views of My Fuji. so thanks, a great day out.

Great tour, smooth and timely pick up and drop off at hotel, best sightseeing spots and Nik was a wonderful guide!

This trip was in a small car with only five people in it. The space inside the car was very comfortable. The driver was also the tour guide, and he didn't introduce the attractions very well. He just drove to the attractions and dropped you off. If the weather was good, you could be lucky enough to see the entire Mount Fuji. However, at the end of the trip, I and another group of tour members received credit card fraud text messages from China at the same time. I suspect that our personal information has been leaked. 🥲

Its the worst Fuji tour that I used to join. They didnt prepare anything. This is Bycicle Cycling but they didnt have bicycle-reservation before! They just drive you there, if the bicycle-renting store has enough bikes for u, that means you are lucky! 😌 But its usually no more bikes for you!!! And they just explan that because we came here so late by traffic jam. That's all ! The schedule they show on tour information is LIE. They gave many unacceptable reason for not taking you to some nice places (just because its far and cost them car-parking. They also didnt ask for our opinions. The driver also is the tourguide. He is truly not professional. He cant speak English, just Chinese. So he just speaks with Chinese customers. And he talked TOO MUCH on car, on the way! Its so noisy and not relaxed anymore In short, it was extremely boring tour, it will make you lost much time and money

I understand that Mount Fuji's visibility depends on the weather and that during peak season, parking is overcrowded. That being said, there were some things that should have been taken care of beforehand. First, they should have asked how many people wanted to rent a bicycle and secured the reservations. Only 2 out of 8 people were lucky enough to get a bicycle, while the rest had to walk. Second, I requested an English-speaking guide, but our guide only spoke Chinese. As a result, 2 out of 8 people didn’t understand most of what was being said. Third—and this is what upsets me the most—we should have been asked or at least informed from the start that we would not be going to Arakurayama Sengen Park. The reasons given were "bad weather and hence poor visibility" and "too much time wasted trying to park." But honestly, if I was going to be disappointed by poor visibility, I would have rather been disappointed at the park poor visibility itself, not at the town (if all would have been interested in that, maybe we would have spent less time in other places and recover time in the park). If you're like me and would rather be disappointed by the weather than by someone else's decisions, skip the tour and go on your own.
