What to expect
Experience a day in Kyoto, surrounded by the charm and colors of the ancient capital.
The “Yasaka area” is one of the most popular spots in Kyoto. The vermilion-colored “Yasaka Shrine,” the “Yasaka Koshindo” with its colorful Kukurizaru (amulet monkeys), and the five-storied pagoda “Yasaka Pagoda (Hokanji Temple),” which symbolizes Kyoto, create a picturesque and emotional townscape wherever you walk.
In this photo plan, a photographer will beautifully capture your natural smile and moments that are unique to Kyoto, as you visit these three photogenic attractions. It is also perfect for taking photos in Kimono, and is recommended for couple photos, family trips, and solo trips.
In the evening, the tower is dyed in the setting sun, creating a fantastic atmosphere that is different from the daytime. Let’s leave your travel memories in special photos while feeling the traditional beauty and charm of Kyoto.

Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The photographer, Masa, was amazing! He was professional, thoughtful, and knew all the best photo spots and angles around Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu-dera. He captured so many beautiful moments of me in a kimono — every photo turned out wonderful! We communicated easily in English, and the whole session was really fun and comfortable. Masa was patient and gave clear guidance on poses, which made me feel relaxed in front of the camera. I’m super happy with the photos and the wonderful memories from this shoot. It was such a lovely experience, and I’m so glad I got to meet such a kind Japanese photographer!
Masa was incredibly kind and considerate, and took wonderful photos at some fantastic spots, creating great memories for my friends and me.
