- The Postal Museum and Mail Rail exhibitions are accessible to wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are permitted everywhere in Mail Rail except for the Mail Rail Ride
- In the event of an emergency evacuation, guests must be able to walk unaided for a minimum of 100 m on uneven surfaces with minimal lighting and up at least 70 steep steps. Visitors who do not meet these requirements will be unable to ride
- Bring your own headphones if you have selected the audio guide option

Riding the train is so much fun! After taking the train, there is a small exhibition hall with some interactive games, and then the museum is in another building. There is a lot of unexpected and precious postal information in the museum.
