Tokyo Shibuya Crossing & Senso-ji Full-Day Private Tour

Our travelling experience with Usman was really great! He has a very pleasing personality and knows the city very well. We went to several places today and had a lot of fun! We hope to travel with Usman again in the future!

We booked a tokyo highlights trip but they accidentally made it to a mt. fuji trip. Luckily, we realize that we were going to mt. fuji but still time is already wasted. They did not extend our time for free and the driver did not even give us a time limit per attraction so we werent able complete the tour.

Even though the itinerary mentioned " guided tour" the guide assigned to us was not familiar with the Meiji Shrine and Senso ji temple and could not provide a good explanation for them. The transport part was OK but the overall the tour was not worth the fees charged as we were paying a hefty amount only for the car.

Since we had booked for 10 hours and pick up time was 10 am from hotel but 12 hours before deparature guide wats app me and confirm me that tour will be end by 6 pm whatever time is mentioned in itineary would not affect his ending time of tour. Then we had message KARVAAN TOuRS which had taken our booking through klook app. He had assured me all things will be ok and he will make visit to all the places as per itineary but morning guide call me and told he has no parking outside our hotel so we had to walk little bit but that can be adjust but after arriving at his meeting point he was eager to tell me that hotel dropping time will be maximum by 6 pm...Anyway we had managed by ourself that trip goes well since at the ending time we don't have any option for changes so we had to adjust with whatever they say..So, I will request to all tourist not to book any private tour for any country..book group tour then you can enjoy all the tourist sites very nicely.
