Rome feels like one giant open-air museum—absolutely amazing! I managed to visit all the major tourist spots, and getting around was easy with the many hop-on hop-off buses available. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes, because you’ll be doing a lot of walking!

It was great that I could see all of Rome in one day with just one Big Bus ticket. I started at the Termini Station stop in the morning from my accommodation. I got off and saw the Circus Maximus and the Colosseum, then got back on the bus and passed the Altar of the Fatherland, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon, then moved again by bus to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain!! It's all possible.

We started using the Big Bus on our first day in Rome, which helped us avoid crowded areas and an unfamiliar subway system. This allowed us to get to know the city and visit various attractions in a more comfortable and relaxed way. After showing your e-ticket directly to the ticket agent near the bus stop or to the staff on the bus, they will help you print out the tickets you can use later. Once you have your ticket, you can ride unlimited times. You can also download the designated app to follow guided tours and complete four city walk routes on your own during your trip, which is truly very practical.

Tried the Hop-On Hop-Off bus in Rome and it was such a convenient way to explore the city! 🚌✨ Perfect for covering a lot of spots without stressing over transportation. The audio guide was surprisingly helpful — I actually learned a lot while cruising around.
I loved that I could just get off wherever I wanted, wander around, take photos, then hop back on the next bus. Super flexible and perfect for solo travelers or anyone who wants a chill sightseeing day.
