Additional information

• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
• Each ticket must be scanned when boarding and alighting. For example, when taking the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle Sun Moon Lake Route towards Sun Moon Lake, you must use the corresponding one-way paper ticket and scan it once when boarding and again when alighting.

How to Redeem

1. On-site Ticket Redemption: To redeem your ticket, please present your e-voucher (QR Code) at the Nantou Bus counter self-service ticket vending machines located at Taichung Gancheng Station or THSR Taichung Station. After verification, you will receive a paper ticket. Please use the paper ticket to board and scan it on the machine for verification. ※ Please redeem both your departure and return paper tickets at the ticket vending machine at once.
2. Online Ticket Redemption: Use the Online Ticket Redemption Service to enter the 16-digit verification code from your order e-voucher (QR Code) to redeem a Taiwan Tourist Shuttle bus QR Code. Scan the code on the bus reader when boarding.
