We managed to go to Mount Aso, Kusasenri, Takachiho Gorge, and Amanoiwato Shrine, and it was amazing! We initially planned to ride the Ametetsu Railway, but it was fully booked when we arrived. Thankfully, our driver quickly suggested an alternative and brought us to Amanoiwato Shrine, which ended up being a beautiful. Our driver was a Chinese woman who has lived in Japan for many years, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was punctual, kind, and very knowledgeable about the local area. The comfort of having our own spacious vehicle allowed us to truly relax and fully enjoy every destination without feeling rushed. She made excellent use of the hours we had, planned the route efficiently, and ensured we arrived back at our hotel just before 5pm. Overall, despite our original plan not working out, this tour exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, comfortable, and memorable day trip🌿✨

The guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing histories and stories behind the local spots. There’s a hiccup that he drove us to the wrong helicopter boarding point because he was added to the chat group late and missed the earlier conversation between me and the coordinator about my itinerary address. But thankfuly he helped us to sort out and got us to the right place in time. He also took care of my mum who had mobility difficulty.

An absolutely perfect chartered car experience in Takachiho – a definite five-star recommendation! Choosing a chartered car for this trip to Takachiho was simply the smartest decision! The driver arrived at the hotel half an hour early to wait, the car was clean and tidy, and the air conditioning temperature was just right throughout the trip, making it a very comfortable ride. The driver not only had excellent driving skills, but also knew the routes and attractions of Takachiho like the back of his hand! He planned the best routes for the popular spots we wanted to visit, such as Takachiho Gorge, the Takachiho Amaterasu Railway, rowing a boat, and Kunimigaoka, saving us a lot of hassle.

The driver Hugo was very polite, spoke quietly and had a very good attitude. It was raining and very cold on our day but luckily we had a rental car. Otherwise, you would be unhappy to have to wait for the bus for an hour in the mountains. In addition, Hugo also helped us budget for restaurants for the day, and he also helped us communicate with the restaurant because of changes in the itinerary. In addition, we were going to Yufuin the next day, but the journey was delayed because we did not check the information properly. Hugo was very helpful in contacting the hotel but he didn't need to do that. Highly recommended. If you are going to Aso Volcano, it is worth chartering a car.

I was a little worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but the conclusion is that I was very satisfied! Ken, who guided us, was very kind and drove safely. We traveled with three mothers and three daughters (ages 6, 7, and 8), and he took pictures and gave explanations from time to time. Especially the wonderful pictures that rival a photographer... I was really impressed. I was so grateful for him getting out with us to take pictures even though it was cold. The vehicle was spacious and clean, which made it comfortable, and he moved us according to the course we talked about, which made it convenient.
