Reviews
The visit to the seaside park only lasts one hour, which is too short. It was originally thought that the fireworks display would have a pre-arranged location for us, or other arrangements, but it turned out that there were no arrangements. At the drop-off point, we had to go to the venue or a nearby location to watch the fireworks on our own. That is, the fee of more than 700 yuan only provides vehicle transportation and admission to the Waterfront Park (but only for one hour). There is no explanation or instruction on the Waterfront Park when you arrive, and you are only asked to visit on your own; there is no fireworks display either. I was given instructions on how to get to the venue, but I just followed the crowd. The tour guide did not do anything at all, and was very slow to reply to messages, or did not reply at all. He only sent or replied messages that I wanted to talk about. It felt very bad and not worth the price. There was also a traffic jam for a long time, and it was still jammed on the road when the fireworks show started. However, these are beyond human control; but with this price and this arrangement, it is better to come early, because some group members walked to the entrance of the venue and were told that they could not After entering, even if I wanted to buy tickets immediately, I was disappointed because the tour guide did not tell me that I needed to buy tickets at the original venue, and did not mention any information. It was too bad.
The main thing wrong with this is the itinerary and timing of the activities. From the start, there was a delay which was due to the original bus not having working air conditioning so they had to switch out the bus. This is understandable...I don't really blame them for that. En route to the first stop, we were told that the only places we can buy food are at the Hitachi Seaside Park and at the train station we were going to be dropped off at for the fireworks. Once we got to the Seaside Park at 15:30h, we were told we had one hour and had to be back at the bus by 16:30h. Because our tickets had to be bought there, it was already 15:40h by the time we actually got into the park. I honestly only had time to walk to one area that I wanted to go to and then walk back. There was literally no time to sightsee anywhere else in the park and there was no time to buy food. I was a few minutes late getting back to the bus because I had to go to the bathroom. We were told it was 1h20min to the train station near Tone River fireworks. It took more than 2h and by the time we got off the bus, it was 19:00h. With the original itinerary, we were supposed to have been back at the bus by 20:30h (I'll come back to this later as well) but because of the traffic jam and delays, we were told our new meet up time for departure was 21:10h. The guide kind of guided us to an area...and I'm not 100% sure where she led us to because I stopped following at some point. We were only told en route that it would be another 30min walk from the bus drop off point to the fireworks area. Anyways, the fireworks lasted until 2100h and obviously, the finale is always the most impressive part. So with the original itinerary that they had, we would have completely missed the finale. What is the point in paying for this tour if you don't have more time to sightsee the Hitachi Seaside Park and be able to see the finale for the fireworks? It was very poor timing and scheduling on the company's part. I would've rather left Tokyo earlier to have more time to sightsee and enjoy the fireworks. The guide also let us know at the end that the company offered to refund everyone 3000yen for the delays. However, it has been 4 days and I still do not see the refund. Unless they fix their itinerary and scheduling, this tour is not worth the money.
1. The company didn’t do their homework. It turned out that there was a festival in the park and the parking location was very far away from the Broomstick area. There was not enough time to go there. Broomstick is the main attraction of the park. If you can’t go there, you will be disappointed. 2. Although the tour guides try their best, their safety awareness may need to be improved because there are too many people. Being late for the fireworks at night is originally a traffic problem, but it is actually quite dangerous for everyone to drive in the dark without taking care of the safety of the guests. We would rather take care of everyone. More importantly, I understand that the tour guide only wants to help everyone catch the attractions. 3. The fireworks part does not mention on the itinerary that it requires a 20-30 minute walk. This is the same as the park, and you have to get off at a location not close to the scenic spot. Of course, traffic jams are an area that is not very controllable, but I don’t know if the company is inexperienced in such crowded events. It is recommended not to put these two activities together, especially since fireworks take time, arriving early and waiting is better than rushing in the dark. Good for being late. Moreover, for a large group with only one tour guide, I felt that the limit of care was exceeded. I hope that the company will make relevant arrangements to compensate for this not-so-good travel experience.
very bad experience I have ever had! First of all, there were problems with the arrangement of the activities. I went to a park that only lasted for an hour. Not only did I not know in advance whether there would be other activities that would affect the scope of the activities on that day, but I also knew that it was a large-scale fireworks display. It only takes 2 hours to drive to the venue. Regardless of the fact that the original itinerary does not indicate that the price does not include the entrance fee for the fireworks display. If the entrance fee for the fireworks display is not included and the entrance fee for the park is only NT$100, I understand why. Why does this package cost 700-800? ! I completely missed the first 45 minutes of the 2-hour fireworks display, and after getting off the bus, I had to walk hurriedly to reach the river in 30 minutes. I understand that the tour guide was called upon in times of crisis, but he was unable to solve all the problems and the dissatisfaction of everyone on the bus. I was very disappointed!
The departure was half an hour late due to car problems. After finally arriving at the seaside park, we were given an hour, including the time to go to the scenic spot and back to the meeting point. It took 20-30 minutes to go back and forth. After arriving at the photo point, it only cost 10 or 20 minutes. Minutes later, I had nothing to eat at the fireworks festival in the evening, so I had to eat something at the seaside park. Later, there was a heavy traffic jam on the way to the fireworks festival, and I didn’t make it to the opening. After getting off the car, if I wanted to get closer to the venue, I had to walk for half an hour. Then please note that this itinerary does not include tickets. You can only stay in the "free zone" (roadside). We were originally scheduled to meet at the parking lot at 20:40, so we have to go back at 20:00. The fireworks display will be at 8:50 At the end, 50 minutes were lost directly. To be honest, isn't the fireworks festival the most exciting from the beginning to the end? Because we didn’t make it in time for the opening, the meeting time was changed to 21:10 and we returned to Tokyo Station at 22:20. It turned out that it was no problem to let us watch the whole show and then return 🙂 The whole trip was so bad that we didn’t have time to take pictures and fireworks at the seaside park. We watched the conference from a distance on the roadside. This trip was not worth the price. Later, maybe the tour guide also knew that it was a bad day. They decided to refund 3,000 yen to us, using the original payment method, so I don’t know if we have to wait. how long. (In addition to Chinese, the tour guide speaks Japanese and English very poorly)
Difference! Difference! Difference! The fireworks display started at 6:30 pm. We were not sent to the venue until 7:30 pm, and we had to walk for half an hour. As a travel company that provides services, we were not that bad. We were completely unprepared. For a large-scale event like the Fireworks Festival, they did not predict the traffic jam time. In the end, it was 2 hours later than the scheduled time. It was really bad. It was not possible to fully experience the Fireworks Festival. It was a waste of time and money.
One word for the full tour group is "poor". The full-day tour was poorly organized. Even though we knew it would take a long drive to reach the sightseeing spots, we still arranged to gather and start at 1 noon. We rushed to the first scenic spot and could only stay for one hour. To visit a park that requires a car, why not just tell us that we come to the park to borrow a toilet, wash hands, drink water, and then get back to the car to go to the fireworks show. When we got in the car to go to the show, we ran into a traffic jam, which was quite crowded. After getting off the bus, we had to run to the fireworks show at top speed. However, the distance took about 20 minutes. It was a bit difficult for us adults to run. It was difficult for a couple in the group to borrow a couple from a foreign country. We had to drag the baby in the stroller, but there were not enough lights on both sides. It felt miserable to see them. Finally, we went to the center of the conference. The tour guide just pointed us to the sightseeing spots and then disappeared. They only told us to walk out of the place where we got off the bus after the fireworks show. However, we have only been to this gathering place once. How can we easily remember how to do it? In the end, my wife and I were probably going the wrong way, so we had to leave 30 minutes before the end of the show. If you left early, you might go the wrong way, so you followed other Japanese people on the road and followed their direction before returning to the meeting place. When all the group members gathered and got on the bus to return to Tokyo, the group members really made a loud noise. I scolded the tour guide for his bad arrangements, but the tour guide only said sorry and other words. How could he calm down the angry hearts of the group members? I used the klook website to book tours before when I traveled, and I always felt satisfied and praised it, but this time The one-day trip really felt like a waste of my travel time. I would rather go to other places to buy meals. In short, the final evaluation of this one-day trip is simply a bad review. I hope the company will reflect on this after receiving this feeling. Goodbye to the group members who really want to travel.
Total waste of time and money. The seaside park is an hour and a half drive out of the way for nothing. While lovely, one hour isn't enough when the scenic areas are at least 15-20 minutes walk from the bus. Fireworks are probably amazing but we missed over half of it by being late. The drop off point is nowhere close but instead a 7/11 that is 45 minutes walk from the venue! We had to sit on a roadside a mile out, which at least had a decent view of what little was left of the festival.
We had a very disappointing experience with this trip. To start with, we had a frustrating wait of over 30 minutes. The guide then informed us that the air conditioning on the coach was out of order and they had to arrange another coach. At Hitachi Seaside Park, we were only given an hour, with unclear instructions causing some guests to miss the meetup time. The walk to the main flower field took over 20 minutes, leaving us with less than 5 minutes to enjoy the park. The trip to the fireworks venue was the most disappointing. Scheduled to arrive at 5 PM, we ended up stuck in traffic and arrived at 7 PM. The drop-off point was very far from the viewing area, requiring a 30-minute walk. The tour was extremely poorly organized with an unprofessional guide who did not provide sufficient information. Overall, it was a disgraceful experience with bad organization and coordination. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future customers.
The whole schedule was not reasonable at all. 30 minutes late then arrived in the park at 3:30. Nothing to view in the part as there is a concert here. The trip does not consider the traffic, and we were trapped on the road. the firework started at 6:00 but we can only view the half.
