The instructor is very professional, introducing the basic concepts of coffee and the relevant knowledge of specialty coffee and siphon coffee from simple to complex. They patiently and thoroughly answer participants' questions, while also allowing participants to fully experience the entire coffee brewing process. There are quite a few types of coffee beans to choose from, making it a highly recommended course. In addition, the instructor is very talkative and keeps the atmosphere lively throughout, creating a relaxed environment where people can unwind and enjoy the afternoon.
The instructor is very professional and explains everything very clearly about the basics of coffee, brewing by hand or siphoning. It is a very good experience to taste different varieties of coffee in person.
