Precautions

• Participants must sign a disclaimer outlining the risks of the activity.
• No diving experience is required to participate in this activity, but participants must be able to swim 200 meters continuously and float on the surface for 10 minutes before participating in the diving course.
• Successful registrants are not allowed to refund or change their order.
• The number of participants for any group course requires 4 or more people to form a group.
• When the typhoon signal No. 3 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled time, the event will be postponed.
• If the Observatory declares Typhoon No. 3 or above during the course/trip, the activity will be terminated immediately Booked activities will be postponed when a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is declared 2 hours before the booked time slot If a red or black rainstorm signal is announced during the course/journey, the activity will be terminated immediately If our instructor determines that the water conditions are unsafe, our instructor has the right to decide whether to cancel or continue the course.
• All students are expected to follow the instructions of their instructors. You are not allowed to enter the water without permission. If you fail to follow the instructor's instructions and cause injuries, you will not be held responsible.
• Under the above conditions, rescheduling can be arranged based on individual circumstances.
• However, the course/journey will proceed as originally planned if any of the following conditions are met:
• Courses and activities will be held as scheduled 2 hours after the black or red rainstorm signal is cancelled.
• 2 hours after the cancellation of typhoon signal No. 3 or above, the course may be resumed depending on the sea conditions on that day. In these cases, participants can contact us to confirm.
• When the Observatory issues a thunderstorm warning, yellow rainstorm warning, or typhoon signal No. 1 during or before the class period, classes and activities will be held as scheduled.
• The activity does not include accident insurance, you can purchase it yourself if necessary.

Cancellation Policy

-Free cancellation is available 30 days before the event.

• If the event is canceled due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, you may be able to change the date/time, but you must first obtain approval from the merchant/operator. KLOOK is not responsible for unapproved changes or refunds. -Refunds or changes will not be accepted for those who are late, do not show up on time or fail to comply with the merchant’s rules and are refused service. Please note that approval of rescheduling, changes or refunds is subject to availability. -Full refunds are only available for unsuccessful or rejected orders.
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not refundable.

-This activity is not recommended for the following people: high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart disease / asthma / other serious medical conditions / pregnant women / people with disabilities / the elderly
