- By bus: Golden Gate Transit: Public transit system supporting the North Bay region
- Parking: There are multiple parking lots in The Presidio. The largest and closest is located on the Main Post across from the museum, between Lincoln Ave and Sheridan Ave. Paid parking is enforced from 08:00-18:00; please see posted signs and machines for current rates
- Rideshare: Rideshare drop-off and pick-up is located in front of the museum
- Bicycle: Bicycle rentals are available through bike share stations around the Presidio and can be activated through the Lyft mobile app
- Bicycle: Bicycle parking is located on the south side of the building, to the left of the main entrance. Locks are NOT supplied by the museum or Presidio

Hassle free purchase on Klook. Take note that museum only opens on certain days of the week. Fascinating insights into the history, life and works of Disney and his family, spent about 2 hours inside. To get there: there’s a complimentary shuttle bus plying downtown and the Presidio at scheduled timings.

if you’re a fan of disney and/or animation, you’ve got to visit Walt Disney Family Museum. there’s so much information about Walt’s earlier life and how he became a cartoonist to an animator and to who he is today. it’s amazing how much he has brought to life as a storyteller! spent 3hours in there!

As a Disney fan, seeing Walt Disney's entire life story was incredibly worthwhile. The gift shop items are also very unique! The audio guide is free; just scan the QR code to download the app and use it. It's available in Chinese!

The Walt Disney Family Museum is a very thorough and well done museum detailing the life of Walt Disney. I definitely learned things about him that I never knew before, like where he was from, his family life, his relationship with his older brother, his triumphs and tribulations, etc. It was amazing to see the empire that he built from scratch and how much joy and artistry he and his team brought to the world. Would highly recommend.

There was a detailed explanation of the Walt family's history, which was easy to understand. Even if you don't understand English, you can understand by watching the video. There is also a detailed explanation of the characters' backgrounds, and there is a video, so I think even families with small children can enjoy it. The surrounding scenery is also wonderful, so it's a recommended place.

This is a museum where you can learn about the history of Walt Disney. Photography, illustrations, cels, etc. are on display. If you are a Disney fan, this is a must-visit place if you go to San Francisco. Finally, there is a diorama of Disneyland on display, so if you have already been there, you can enjoy checking it out.

People who like Disney must go and see it. It details the life of Walt Disney and the history of animation. The best thing is that there is a Chinese guide, which is very clear and makes people feel like they are there. I highly recommend it👍

The museum's exhibits are extensive and feature many interactive multimedia displays, making it well worth a visit! Tickets are USD 25 at the door. I realized that choosing this museum with the two-attraction pass wasn't the best deal. I'd recommend buying a single ticket, plus you get a paper ticket as a souvenir. My mistake!
