Reviews
Our tour guide Chen is the most handsome tour guide I have ever seen, no doubt about it. Not only is he handsome, but his service attitude is also top-notch. The itinerary is on time, the explanations of the attractions are clear and interesting, and he even told us the best spots to see penguins and which toilets are clean, so that we don't waste money or go the wrong way. He didn't show any signs of fatigue throughout the whole day and even carefully asked everyone where they wanted to get off. He was very cooperative and was really considerate. I am very glad that I chose this trip and met Guide Chen. The children and I have very happy memories. Thank you Guide Chen, thank you Extragreen Holidays Group, thank you Klook!
I was the only Japanese person on the tour, but Rick, our driver and guide, was incredibly kind and provided explanations in English just for me, which made me feel at ease and able to enjoy the entire day. At the Koala Park, he even helped me take photos with the kangaroos! The tour itinerary started at noon, so we returned late, but I didn't feel tired and thoroughly enjoyed myself!
The tour guide was very professional. His explanations and suggestions were very clear and useful. For example, how to buy lunch faster, where to see the penguin station more clearly, and which streets are safer when returning to the city at night. He explained it very carefully. We had a very safe and pleasant trip yesterday. Thank you.
Jam packed and Curtis was excellent. Only advice is bring some food and drink just in case. Don’t eat on the bus, but when you get off. Lines were long at most places, especially the penguin parade. Do not rely on food here. Expect to have a snooze on the way home so anything to make you comfortable is necessary.
