This is the first time I avail this service and it was smooth and hassle free. They pick up and delivered our luggage on time. The instruction is clear and they provide a link to track our luggage too. This is locatird to Hongkong Terminal 1, lower ground nead elevator or infront of Mcdo Kiosk.
Easy to use. You will receive an order confirmation email. On the appointment date, have your luggage ready. If no staff has arrived yet, you can inform the hotel. Once they pick up your luggage, you will receive another email. Pick up your luggage at the airport at the specified time to avoid fines.
It was so comfortable and satisfying. I received a call from the hotel front desk around 10 AM to let me know the driver had arrived, and when I went down with my suitcase, they weighed it, gave me a receipt, and took it away. The process was simple and not at all cumbersome. All I had to do was keep the receipt and pick up my luggage at the airport, so there was nothing to worry about. Thanks to this, I was able to enjoy my last day without luggage. I was able to wander around the Soho district in Hong Kong to my heart's content without having to worry about my suitcase, and I had so much fun. If you have a tight schedule on the last day of your trip or are worried about your luggage, I highly recommend this service. It saves energy and definitely increases the satisfaction of your trip.
Good and convinient service! I dropped off my luggage at around 1 pm. and its delivered at the hotel around 8 pm the same day. on the way back, booked for earliest collection which SF came to pick up at 11:00 am - the luggage already arrived at the storage by 6 pm. You can track your luggage like a normal parcel via SF track and trace (its not realtime so can get a bit nervous) — Just make sure you are OK with the delivering timings to be sure.
Best service I've discovered during my trip in Hong Kong, I had 3 large 75cm suitcases and several carry-on sized bags which cannot fit them all into one taxi, so I used the baggage delivery service for 2 of the most bulky suitcases and it was the best money spent. I left my suitcases at the concierge in my hotel to be picked up by courier, and the baggage claim was smooth and seamless at the airport.
The luggage delivery service at Hong Kong Airport is really convenient, especially for travelers, as it saves them the trouble of dragging their luggage around. Through this service, luggage can be sent directly to the hotel or a designated location upon arrival, allowing people to easily start sightseeing or handle other things without having to go to the hotel to drop off the luggage. It not only saves time, but also improves the comfort of the journey, especially suitable for passengers with tight schedule or full schedule. Very considerate and practical service!
Purchasing through klook is cheaper than purchasing services directly from SF Express. Just show the booking record on site. After the luggage is checked, it will be delivered to the designated accommodation hotel on the same day, which is very convenient!
This was the most appreciated service during my Hong Kong trip, allowing me to go straight to Disneyland upon arrival. While Disneyland does offer luggage storage, this service is a must if you have more than one person and two or more suitcases. The drop-off point was conveniently located just outside the arrival hall on the right side of the airport, and it was extremely convenient to have my luggage stored before arriving at the hotel.
Since the first stop for the group was Disneyland, they shipped their luggage directly to the hotel from the airport, traveled empty-handed, and headed straight to Disneyland. Super relaxing and highly recommended.
I was worried because there weren't many reviews from Koreans, but it was very comfortable and friendly! It said to pick up luggage at 11am and go to the airport before 10pm, so I went at 10pm, and the staff at the luggage storage center were friendly. It's at the very end of the L5 floor of the airport.
