Booking guidelines
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
- This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
- The connection speed depends on your phone reception and the local network coverage. There is no guarantee for coverage or speed quality, and connection will be weaker in areas outside of the main cities
- Please note: data is set to activate on your indicated departure date. Please make sure the date is correct and message supplier in case of date change
Usage reminder
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Delivery information
- The eSim will be sent in a separate email directly by supplier. Please also check the email spam folder if you do not receive it within 4 hours
- Please note: You will receive the activation QR code and setup instructions along with the operator's confirmation email. Please do not scan QR code in Klook voucher
Activation procedure
- Please select the pick-up date carefully as the data package are programmed to start on that date. If you need to change the data start date, please contact the supplier

my simcard work very well, at first i thought it wont work but i was scanning the wrong QR code. the real qr code is sent thru email. once done correctly, everything was smooth and I used my internet anywhere in taiwan.
My first time to use eSIM and it didn’t disappoint. As someone who only uses the data for navigation and quick Google searches, this was a great package to use for my 1 week trip! Will definitely use this again when I come back!
very stable connection, I was able to post photos, upload videos and call people with no disruption at all despite the typhoon. worth getting if u are going to Taipei!

It only includes data and does not include call minutes, so there is no need to register with your real name. There is no need to change the sim card, just install it on the phone in advance. However, I was unable to activate the data when I arrived. I connected to the wifi and emailed customer service after arriving at the hotel. Fortunately, the customer service responded immediately via email. After changing the APN, I was able to use it smoothly. It is recommended to provide APN information in the introduction/email so that customers can make immediate changes if they encounter difficulties. There was no disconnection during use, and the speed met the requirements. The overall use experience is satisfactory.
revisted Taiwan and esim is a must especially if you dont speak the local language. 4G/30g did not felt like 4G/30g it had good connection and speed, even under subway stations speed was constant and connection was still good. Only concern was Xplori(provider) took an hour to provide me the esim qr code but not much of a hassle, still suggest if you are availing this is to acquire it while 2 hours before the arrival to taiwan (in my case I was traveling from Ph) or before leaving Taoyuan airport.
It’s a very useful eSIM card. Since I travel abroad quite often, I wanted to say that I don’t need to pay such an expensive monthly fee. However, the Internet is really not good enough, so it’s really convenient to buy this one.
The setup was super quick and easy, so I had internet access as soon as I arrived. The data package was affordable and reliable, even in Qingjing and Sun Moon Lake. Overall, it was a great way to stay connected while traveling.
It is really convenient and so quickly for settings up and install via eSim. The carrier sent email which attached the eSim with the instruction. Quick & Convienient! Highly recommend this product
