• Due to the temporary closure of Lincoln’s Rock until further notice, the itinerary will include other equally stunning lookouts in the Blue Mountains
• Departure times are fixed in different months. Please arrive 10 minutes before the departure time on your voucher
• In an event where stars are not expected to be visible, the operator may change the Stargazing itinerary to Sydney CBD Night itinerary
• Please note that baby/child car seats are not provided, as NSW law does not require child restraints in vehicles with 12 or more seats

Vehicle & luggage info

• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 1 minutes or more
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
