[Taiwan PASS] High Speed Rail + MRT + Taiwan Tourist Shuttle

I highly recommend the Taiwan Pass for tourists. I really enjoyed the package—it included a 3-day unlimited HSR pass plus 2-day bus and MRT passes (Unlimited) + Scenic Shuttle, which made traveling around Taiwan easy and hassle-free. The best! I missed this during my first travel in taiwan and made sure to experience it this time. Very easy to use even for a solo traveller. Easily recognized by all the THSR Staff and they will help you how to use. Thanks to this I was able to visit from Taipei to Taichung, Chiayi, Alishan, Tainan, and Kaoshiung. Also, availed the Alishan round trip bus and Kaoshiung MRT LRT. Instructions in the app is clear and easy to follow. Will definitely book again on my next visit hopefully.

I think this purchase is the most worthy of all purchases I’ve made this year. The amount of savings and hassle-free travel experience my partner and I got to have was more than enough for the unli HSR rides for 3 days and unli use of Taipei Metro for 2 days! Love the experience!

I love Taiwan Pass 3 in One. it helps us save alot money and time. Without hire a driver we are traveling from airport to Taipei and to Kaohsiung within 3days unlimited tickets. The instructions is simple but is complex to redeem or reserve a day before your actual day. the staff at the counter is friendly and helpful. Taipei Fun pass is usefully and unlimited.

It was great, and I saved a lot of money. However, you should translate the instructions better, like how to activate the HSR pass one day before redeeming at the HSR counter. But well, I enjoyed the whole West Coast of Taiwan thanks to this pass!

On top of that, I grabbed the 2-day Taipei FunPass, which gave me access to city highlights and even a roundtrip bus ride to Alishan. Everything was so convenient, easy, and absolutely worth it!

I must say that is the most “Sulit” klook purchase for Taiwan I must say! I was able to DIY our trip to Alishan and Sun Moon Lake because of this deal. For change of schedule, you can always approach a staff, they are very accommodating. 🫶. Always bring your passport when using this :)

If you are taking the Shinkansen, you should definitely make a reservation with this! It was really a good deal! Just be careful because you need to register with the app one day in advance! Shinkansen: Register with the app and show the screen to the station staff to receive an unlimited ride ticket. Just show the ticket at the ticket gate. If you want to sit in a reserved seat, it will be smoother if you make a reservation online in advance, but it was a little difficult so I gave up. If you don't mind a non-reserved seat, you can ride whenever you want, so it was easy. Taipei Fun Pass: Please note that you need to pick it up at Taoyuan Airport. After purchasing, you can check the places where you can exchange it on the screen. Like the EasyCard, if you tap it on the subway, the expiration date will start and you can use it for two days. I didn't use the bus this time, but I think you don't need to make a reservation for the bus to Sun Moon Lake or Alishan!

Buying the Taiwan Pass was the best decision we made. It was convenient and affordable since it covered all the transportation to our destinations. I hope that when I visit Taiwan with my family, the Taiwan Pass is still available.
