It’s so fun to go around the entire Soho area! Our session was at 18:30, so we could just watch the sky getting darker and experience a different atmosphere without getting too hot~ I pedaled seriously the whole time, it was like exercising, and I was a little sore 😂

DO NOT BOOK! The supplier canceled this activity on the day it was scheduled, and Klook has not processed my refund even after repeated follow-ups. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service and communication.
We reached location she was not there than they asked us to come on some other date which was not possible for us than she said she will refund now she is just ignoring our calls. very unprofessional do not take the tour they don't have any office it's operational only if they have 8 members to ride cycle that day otherwise they don't operate
It's terrible. I can't get a refund even though I changed the time temporarily. Gmail deliberately used similar but different names for the travel title, so I can't apply for a refund. The claim is garbage. The customer service attitude is terrible. They also said that they don't want to argue with you and should move forward. It's so funny.
