About｜Mosaic Art Studio
Teacher Harun came to Taiwan all the way from Turkey to bring the most representative art of his hometown── Mosaic lamp handcrafting to Taiwan. “In Turkey, glass mosaic lamps are one of the essential handicrafts in every household, symbolizing warmth and light.”
Mosaic Art Studio was founded in 2019, becoming Taiwan’s first Turkish mosaic lamp workshop! We hope to allow more people to experience the warmth and romance of foreign handcrafts in Taiwan. The glass pieces and lamps used in the course are all from Turkey, and the teacher teaches in person, guiding you step by step to complete your own unique lamp.
Here, you are not just making a lamp, But experiencing an artistic journey that transcends borders—— From colors, light and shadow to stories, feel the soul of Turkish culture.

Although the teacher's Chinese is just so-so, they are really friendly and answer any questions. It was a very fulfilling and interesting first experience, and I definitely want to try making a different design given the chance ♡♡♡
