Green World Ecological Farm is located in Beipu Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. It is the largest subtropical rainforest ecological park in Asia, a comprehensive park combining ecological conservation and agriculture. Green World is composed of 6 major areas: Swan Lake, Grand Discovery Area, Aquatic Plants Park, Bird Ecological Park, Butterfly Ecological Park, and Biodiversity Exploration Area. Each area cultivates and raises various animals and plants, allowing visitors to enjoy the tropical rainforest skywalk and providing an unforgettable ecological experience.

Introduction to Green World Ecological Farm Areas

Swan Lake is a natural lake, home to many swans, pelicans, geese, and ducks. Around the Mid-Autumn Festival each year, various geese and ducks from Siberia come to inhabit this natural lake, staying until around Children's Day the following year before gradually returning to Siberia. Those that remain continue to breed their offspring here. The Grand Discovery Theme Park consists of 10 areas, planting many precious and rare species, such as cacti, many of which are over 100 years old and bloom 1 to 2 times a year. During the blooming season, hundreds of thousands of flowers create a colorful sea of flowers. The Aquatic Plants Park is one of the largest aquatic plant parks in Asia, featuring about 500 precious aquatic plants such as Nymphaea tetragona, Isoetes taiwanensis, and Egyptian papyrus, including submerged, floating, emergent, and free-floating types. The Bird Ecological Park is the most special theme park in Green World. The park simulates the natural ecological environment of birds, forming a natural aviary. Hundreds of various birds fly and forage around visitors in the jungle, filled with bird calls, making you feel as if you are in a wild jungle. The Butterfly Ecological Park is the largest butterfly garden in Asia, with various butterflies such as Atlas moths, swallowtail butterflies, and yellow butterflies.
