Great view of the canal, beautiful neighborhood, the staff was very kind and helpful!

I would never stay here again. The staff were incredibly rude. My room was very small and not well maintained. The bed itself looked like two children’s beds pushed together (very short bed?!) and I kept falling into the crease when I tried to sleep. The linens were very thin and stained (though they seem to have been bleached/ starched, they still had deep brown stains). My bathroom and shower were tiny (I hit my head/ arms several times in the shower and while just washing my face). My aircon wasn’t working when I arrived and they gaslit me about it. They did have it fixed, though. It is INCREDIBLY loud both inside and outside all day from 6am well into the night. Not a great way to start the trip. I’m exhausted.

The room is good. The staff is lovely. Be ready to pay the city taxes in cash. They also offer breakfast, and it's a suuuuper good option.

The room had 1 queen bed and two single beds which was perfect for our family of four. The decor of the room is a bit older in style but the location is in a beautiful, quiet spot of Venice, yet very easy to walk everywhere. The staff were quite helpful and helped organize a private water taxi for us on arrival to the airport, as well as helped us plan our travel via city water taxi to the train station. We highly enjoyed our stay.

The place is dated, which isn’t a big deal; except that the plumbing was delicate. The sink filled up and overflowed, and there were leaks in the shower, creating a big mess. The ac was weak at best. The location was great, however. Very close tot he Guggenheim, which was a treat. The breakfast was basic, but inexpensive.

Amazing location, 2 to 3 minute walk to Salute, gelato around the corner, great area to walk around, close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast room was super cute and only 10€ per person. Second time staying here and we will be back. We were here in the heat wave and it was 41c outside and the A/C worked beautifully, slept really well. The room was spotless.

Great spot close to San Marco. Getting there is a bit rough but I think that’s the case for all hotels in Venice. The breakfast is great and our room was very spacious. It was insanely hot but the AC was blasting when we got there.

Phenomenal place, amazing staff

We were pretty disappointed with our stay, mostly because it was really hot in Venice and the a/c wasn’t working in our room (which was in a completely separate building from the main hotel). Also the WiFi was not reliable and we weren’t able to connect for a while. The security night guard was extremely responsive and helpful, giving us a fan and resetting the WiFi. There is no elevator and I strained a muscle hauling my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Breakfast was so so but you have no other options around. Also the shower in our room was tiny. I’m glad to say that there was a repairman the next day to fix the a/c. So hopefully it’s nice and cool for the next summer visits.
