We stayed in one of the annex apartments rooms, for our family of four, it was great. We had a kitchen and a plenty of space for us all. What we weren’t aware of until we were there, was that the apartment wasn’t part of the hotel, it was down a random street in what seemed like a block of flats. Which meant if we wanted to use the hotel facilities, we would have to walk back to the hotel. As much as we liked the apartment space, i booked it thinking it was part of a hotel, this was not clear when we booked it. The staff were great at the hotel Bella ( who we had to check in with and who guided us to the apartment) and it was in a great location too.

Great location and helpful staff

It was a cute little hotel very close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge and water transportation. Very nice and friendly staff. A lot of dining options around. Close to gondola rides.

We had a very uncomfortable stay because there was no air conditioning. Although each room had a fan, it wasn't enough to keep the room cool during the summer heat. The listing did mention that there was no AC, but unfortunately we overlooked that detail when booking. The hotel was able to move us to another room with air conditioning the following day, but we had to pay a high additional fee.

Clean great location. Staff were excellent.I would recommend it , and I would stay there again , hands down

Clean and comfortable small hotel. The breakfast buffet was a convenient amenity to enjoy. Walking distance (5-minute walk) from the Piazza di San Marco which is at the heart of the action in Venice. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I visited Venice again.

Clean and nice hotel. Very close (a 5-minute walk) to the Piazza di San Marco, which is at the heart of all the action. A nice breakfast buffet was a very good and convenient amenity to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I visited Venice again.

We paid for an 3 stars hotel and we got an annex which is annoying.we did the checking at one place and after we got the rooms at a third place .why all this wasn't explained on the description of the hotel at that time.it will be my decision to book with this hotel or not . Expedia has the obligation to check if the description given by the hotel is right or not .
