Rooms were clean, staff were attentive. Things to note: the walls are thin and the doors slam loudly.

Quiet part of town. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Friendly staff.

The room was very spacious and clean staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

Rooms were clean, location was great only a 1 min walk from water taxi which was really convenient, 4 min walk to all the high end shopping, and close to restaurants. Only complaint is the air conditioner worked but was a little weak.

Nice facility, smaller hotel, we selected a room with a small balcony with a nice view of the Grand Canal. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of food. Much nicer than most hotels we’ve stayed at. Alessandro was very helpful. Lined up transportation to a from hotel, complimentary trip to Murano Glass factory, and a private tour of the Doge Palace & St. Mark’s Basilica. Guide also took us to the Ponte Di Rialto bridge & showed us a good restaurant. It was expensive. Everything was around $500: room, transportation to & from hotel & airport, tour. I was very pleased with everything.

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful inside, incredible location, very helpful and professional staff.

Good location, small but clean

Newly refurbished, great location, well anointed. Don’t come across many small hotels with 24 rooms that has a concierge.

Helpful staff, excellent location, room with a view of the grand canal and a private balcony. We loved this hotel and there staff. A real hidden gem. Air conditioning, great breakfast, quiet, beautiful. Thank you!

We stayed here after we had just had a 10 day cruise with my husband and his parents. They had a lot of bags and the location was perfect as we didn’t have to drag the bags very far! The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for exploring Venice. Perfect!
