Perfect for a family who wants to visit the parks but not walk a ton when at the hotel to get to your room or the pool. Everything was super convenient, transportation to the parks ran smoothly and we barely had to wait. The food at the hotel was good. If your plan is not to spend all your time at the hotel, this is the perfect place to stay!

My husband and I visit universal frequently but this was our first time staying at a universal hotel and they were amazing. Hotel itself was beautiful and the staff were so nice and helpful. Will defiantly be staying there again!

Traveled with 3 kids and the suite was spacious for us 5. I appreciated the multiple hooks in different areas to hang up wet bathing suits for drying. The little kitchenette was perfect for us. It gave my kids a place to eat breakfast each morning and we had plenty of space for storing our groceries. Although we didn't eat on site we checked out their menu and there were plenty of options for everyone. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants and a Walmart Supercenter which was very convenient.
I do wish there were more parking spots near the building vs having to use the garage, but even still I give this place 5 stars and I would stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and clean! Their food hours were very convenient for park pre-opening and late closing times. Natalia at the front desk was incredibly helpful and so kind! Her friendly service and the cleanliness of the hotel definitely has made this a hotel that I will recommend to others.

Don't hesitate to book here. One stop shop- bar,restaurant,great pool,great beds. Super clean and budget friendly for families. The shuttle to ALL of the parks is free and frequent. Will definitely book again
