Great stay!!!

The apartment was well set up and clean. the front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The instructions for the appliances and the lights were limited, so it took a while to figure out. The only major critique is that the elevator did not work and we were on the sixth floor. The elevator had not been working for at least a week before we arrived, and it did not work for the entire week we were there, and, so far as we know, it is still not working - after a long day on our feet, returning to the apartment and having to climb five flights was not welcome.

Only 1 lift and it was broken. Walked up 5 flights of stairs to get to the room.

Room was modern and clean, looked exactly like the photos. Had everything you needed for an extended stay inc cooking facilities. Check-in and out was easy, staff were super friendly and helpful. The use of the gym next door was a great addition. I stayed on the 5th floor and the room did get hot - even with the air con on and the windows open it was tolerable. Wouldn’t put me off staying again but would make me think twice if the weather was hot outside !

Friendly staff, spacious room and closeness to the Earls Court station are definitely positive, very thin door, room situated on the street level and noises whenever someone talked to the receptionist were disturbing and made me feel odd.

The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment.

We stayed for one night and wished we'd booked longer! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child and it was perfect! Big shout out to Amin at reception who was so kind with our little boy, telling him facts and even gave him a chocolate bar cause its his birthday! Thank you so much! Oskar says its a billion stars 🌟

Clean and spacious room with helpful amenities such as a kitchen and washer/dryer combo. Quiet street and a five-minute walk to the tube. Perfectly met our needs.

Excellent service from the staff in the lobby.
