Excellent service and location

Great experience and enjoyed

The apartment was modern, clean, and spacious for my family of four. The dining room table was a good size and there was enough dinnerware in the kitchen for breakfast and eating takeout meals. The air conditioning worked well during the June heat wave.

Spotlessly clean. Good check in. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen and great shower. Very noisy air conditioning and terrible TV reception.

很棒的體驗乾淨、舒適、服務好，距離車站也很近、旁邊有個大超市好方便

The staff is friendly. Always my choice when I come London. Love the space and kitchen in the apartment.

The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful.

Great location, shops and restaurants nearby, incredible value for money on what you get and the location, staff were excellent

Great location and nice property but some of it is a little tired.

Friendly reception, clean room with everything you could possibly need as well as air con and a decent shower. Well worth the money.
