Everything ok except shower. Needs a glass barrier

A real mixed bag. Check in was seamless with really helpful friendly staff. On first impressions, the room, though fairly small, was well equipped and very clean. Beds very comfortable with nice bedding. Air con worked well. The bathroom was disappointing, adequate at first glance, but only a shower curtain as it was so tiny so water everywhere after showering. We were in the basement so a bit of concern about noise as breakfast room next door, but surprisingly quiet. Breakfast is complementary and included in the price,but was very disappointing. Sausage, fried and scrambled egg all cold and overcooked (no bacon), beans and mushrooms ran out and not replaced while we ate. Very basic continental with poor quality products. Fruit choice was an apple! I would probably have complained if we'd paid for it. Overall, I actually would stay again for an overnight only as the sleep quality was really good and it was reasonable vale for money in London.

Room was small but comfortable. The shower didn’t work properly. Breakfast was great.

The only issue we had was working the lights in the room and the door making a noise every time someone walked past Overall it was a nice sized room and the bed was comfortable

Recently renovated with aircon and fridge. Staff were helpful with great breakfast

Good location and great staff

Lovely location (perect for Olympia), excellent aircon and comfy bed. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more for me, especially Anastasia. I had an issue with the rattling door on room B3, which woke me up in the early hours and kept me awake. Anastasia managed to change my room over for the 2nd night. I would happily stay again.

Best hotel we have stayed in London excellent air con lovely building nice and quiet area really modern comfy bed and pillows room spotless breakfast excellent in nice room plenty of choice ten out of ten all round lovely staff
