Friendly staff. Centrally located in the heart of the city. Although on-site parking is listed, there are limited 7 spots, and we end up having to park on the street.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, and amenities were great. Our only complaint is our room was hot and there was no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature .

The hotel was very central to downtown and an easy walk to the Old Harbor. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. We also enjoyed the included breakfast each day.

The Exeter Hotel met my expectations fully. Our room, though small, was comfortable. The breakfast was ample, varied and good. The attached Le Kock restaurant and Deig bakery enhance food choices and convenience. The bakery is fabulous.
Our location was convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the waterfront is across the street. Parking availability was good as well. I would stay there again.
