Great amenities including the spa and pool! Very large room!

Great experience

Hotel was clean and the room was well sized for a family of four. The hotel is not far from city center, about a 30 minute walk. The area is well served by buses and I would recommend getting a City Pass for buses and museums. The front desk staff lacks some customer service prowess - told us we needed to pay for breakfast that we had already paid for and told us to use Google when we were asking for tips on transportation.

Great stay , will need to taxi or bus to Reykjavík . Breakfast delicious, staff were very helpful ,cozy rooms .

The room was very clean. It was so quiet and comfortable. Good location. The spa was amazing. The massages were excellent. I would definitely go back.

The room was acceptable but no ventilation, little air from the window, no air conditioning. Bed was comfortable. Asked for fan and staff was helpful in getting one the second night- this at least moved the air some- still too hot. Air conditioning in hallway second day but no help for room. Did not use the spa or workout area. Restaurant closed earlier than Google or listed in hotel. Staff was helpful.

The property was very nice. Restaurant was not great for the price although good beer and wine. 30 minute walk to town center

The hotel was the best part of the trip. The food was the best and the spa was wonderful. Highly recommend.
