The staff were great but the condition of the rooms could be improved because one of the two rooms we booked smelled damp and mouldy and had an extractor fan that would not switch off (which was really noisy at night). The other room was fine but there should be consistency.

Staff was amazing, room was very spacious but lacked amenities like blowdryer.
Location of the hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do (we were in the pick up radius for many tours). Would stay there again

For business, I had to checkout of the hotel, but I checked back in a few days later. My only issue with my second stay was the AC wasn't running cold so I was a little hot at night. Nothing too bad though. The cleaning staff was great too.
My second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. I needed an airport transfer so I settled on a time, when I went to check with the transfer company, the told me it would be better to leave earlier due to intense traffic. I'm so glad they informed me so I could change the leave time.
