Perfectly located for UTCT. Rooms well appointed. Disappointing not to have an air conditioner working to well. When it was turned on not event earplugs could deaden the noise. Excellent house keeping and bar staff. Restaurant staff a little disinterested and forgetful. Excellent breakfast choices. Room keys would not work and had to be reset multiple times per day. Advice from staff, 'just stop in and see us every time you come past reception and we can reset it'.

Great hotel but not the best neighborhood to walk around in. But Ubers are plentiful so it really wasn’t a problem. Breakfast buffet was great. The bar had several nightly specials on drinks. Ate dinner there twice and those meals were good too. Nice pool area as well and the pool is heated,

This hotel as modern and friendly and well placed for discovering Cape Town. It's in a quiet area and and a 5-10 min walk to restaurants. The breakfast was really good and varied. I came to do the Two Oceans marathon and they provided early breakfast and shuttle to the race.

The staff here makes everything enjoyable. From the reception to the chef. They were all professional and patient with us.
The place was clean and presentable. Also close to almost all the places we wanted to visit. And the beautiful view of the Table Mountain from our room was a cherry on top.
This is my first time leaving a review for a hotel. Waitress Winnie keep up the Good work. You gave us a good experience. My wife and I are planning to come back with the kids.
