超讚 Great views of mountains and lake, with small view obstruction from main lobby. Front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were spacious with decent amenities provided.

This property is stunning and luxurious. Staff are awesome and friendly. The food was devine, we had the breakfast and tried the set menu for dinner. Get in early for your spa bookings. Stayed for 3 nights to celebrate my partners birthday, not somewhere that I’d normally stay due to cost but was so worth every penny.

We stayed at 111. If the bathroom exhaust is not on, the room smells like toilet...it's not pleasant.
But the overall experience was amazing, the view, food, staff and facilities.

I decided to book a last minute holiday to Queenstown and chose to stay at Kamana Lakehouse. Super clean and helpful, bubbly staff. The only negative is the construction happening near the hotel, making too much noise in the mornings however this is out of the control of the hotel itself. Breakfast options had too many options that contained nuts.

Room was big enough, comfy bed and black out curtains which is needed with the carpark right in front. The thing that let down for us was lack of any heating in the bathroom, shower didn’t get very hot, restaurant lacked atmosphere. Overall a fine stay, but I would consider slightly over priced especially with the lack of views compared to other places and ongoing construction.

The room was perfect, refrigerator, nice shower and super clean. The staff was excellent at breakfast with our special needs and allergies (Kevin!). We enjoyed the soak with our own private enclosure outside to enjoy stargazing and the wine that was served to us! All was perfect!
