Water in room would be good

It was ideally located and short walk to the city centre. It’s up hill on the way back so if fitness is not your strong suit maybe not ideal. In house parking was over priced at $30 a day when there was free parking around on the street ranging from 180mins to all day and very close to hotel. The drying room was great. The cleaning of the room was a little poor and fresh sheets and towels needed to be request a couple of times over a 10 day stay. The room was also much smaller than I thought from the photos. This might just be my own perception though. 2 people in the room with ski gear and suits cases was a very tight squeeze. Overall it was good and great location for what we were after.

The room had a lovely view of the mountains and it was reasonably spacious. The onsite restaurant was handy and the soup and pizza I had were delicious, as was the scrambled eggs with ciabatta - it opens at 6.30 am for breakfast which is great for early risers. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The TV doesn't have a lot of options but overall, everything was very good and value for money.

We had an apartment which worked out great. It had its own laundry. Hotel is conveniently located blocks from downtown. Staff was very helpful!

Good location and handy if you have a car. Need soap in the shower as no provision for this.

We loved our stay at Ramada Queenstown! The room was spacious & beautifully appointed. It had everything fo4 a comfortable stay. The views make the hill worthwhile 😊 and the staff are so friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!

We had a amazing stay, the staff was great, only issue was trying to find off-street parking since the parking was full onsite when we arrived. The view was great from the room.

Great location. We enjoyed terrific views from the 2 bed apartment on the top floor. Friendly staff, comfortable beds etc. Would pay the extra and book an underground parking spot as tricky to find free street parking (also meant you were saved de-icing the car every morning!) Our room got quite cold (perhaps too floor not well insulated?) which mean we had heaters running most of the time. Living area for 2 bed apartment very small, and only a tiny couch that barely fit 2 people, so if you had 4 adults it would quite impractical. Electric blankets on beds made it cozy for sleeping.
