很好 Breakfast was fantastic. Location excellent.
Negative was I tried to get soy milk for the complimentary tea and coffee and they would have charged me but it should be complimentary. Not everyone can have dairy milk.

The hotel was clean, although it felt a bit old. One of the bathrooms had a mouldy smell, which was unpleasant.
The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of the town centre, which was perfect for my elderly family members.
I had requested connecting rooms, but instead we were assigned rooms about five doors apart. I also contacted the hotel about a lost item, but it took 4–5 days to receive a response.
The hotel only offered valet parking, which cost $50 per day. It would have been nice if they had offered on-site self-parking as an option.

Front desk was spectacular. His name is Henao. He was kind, patient and understanding as there was many customers there. Also, Joshua was the valet and took care of loading and unloading our car.

Check in was running an hour late. Room was clean but bathroom needs an upgrade. Spa unavailable as booked. Staff friendly but couldn't really help with the one of the rooms being unavailable at the check in time.
Valet was busy so make sure you're not in a hurry for your vehicle
