超讚 Our tour company used this hotel for our Queenstown stay and we extended it by three nights. The front desk staff was truly helpful, courteous, and friendly. The breakfast was the best of all the hotels on the tour, and the restaurant staff was excellent as well. The hotel is a bit of a hike up a steep hill to get to the village and back, but it was manageable. The coin operated laundry was very convenient, and the front desk staff provided free soap and allowed us to get coins and charge it to our room. The in-room dining food was very good as well. We enjoyed our stay!

還好家人同行 · 親友出遊
We were excited for our family stay at this IHG hotel in Queenstown, having had consistently good experiences with the brand elsewhere. However, a severe mosquito infestation ruined our night. The room was overrun with mosquitoes, preventing our family (including children) from sleeping.
We called reception, waited nearly an hour with no help, then went down at 10:30 pm. Manager Jessy Kale eventually assisted but could not find a suitable alternative room for our family of four. We were forced to stay in the infested room, leaving us exhausted the next day.
Very disappointing and well below IHG standards. Poor response to a basic issue.

The Kids loved their stay @ the hotel & the marshmallows over the outside fire pit were divine & went down a treat. 👍
Staff were extremely helpful.

不錯親子同行
Hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant. However there was some construction work ongoing throughout and the room aircon wasn't working correctly. Gym and sauna was good and once complete will be a great hotel.

很好商務出差
Standard but tasty breakfast buffet. Great location but note that there’s a pretty steep hill to get back from the centre of town. Friendly staff and incredible view when you walk out the door.
