Everything was beautiful and the staff was super friendly I wished their pool would stay open later it closes at 7 and the Jacuzzi also. Other than that everything was perfect food was great drinks were great

Overall bad experience my trip was canceled due to weather a day before my flight on the 22nd with no flight until the 25 three days after my check in. Reached out to hotel staff myself as well as having Expedia call and email the hotel with no answer till the next day 4pm hr after my check in time requested a wavier form an got told they could do nothing for me when i didn't miss my flight or cancel my flight so thanks for asking for a review for a place i never got to experience so says alot about you guys attention to detail an customer service an hospitality

Todo bien

Great view of the beach. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The Italian restaurant was amazing.

All inclusive vacation if you like well alcohol and flavorless food. Stay elsewhere… You will be pressured into attending a sales pitch for a timeshare.. Staff and everyone is friendly. Bars have random hours.. Coffee shop has random hours and doesn’t open until noon.. pool closes at 8pm. This was not the place to relax.

Loved the stay , was calm quiet and very clean. Staff was always amazing and helpful with any questions we had. Beach view and balcony view was also beautiful!

Todo el personal.fue muy amable. Hicieron de mis vacaciones unos días inolvidables

These is more for adults than kids it’s very elegant

The rooms were clean. Staff very helpful delicious food in the restaurants however they need to improve their buffet

The hotel was nice! Clean, didn’t see any bugs or other creepy crawly things like I usually expect, which was great! Lagoon view and balcony were a nice upgrade and the banner, bottle of champagne and towel swan were a kind gesture to celebrate our anniversary! The staff all take pride in their work and do a great job. The all inclusive food was actually pretty good and the drinks flowed. It was a great experience. The only thing we didn’t love was the Vacation Beach Club “non-timeshare” timeshare-like harassment. We were on the beach living it up and the “concierge” came to schedule a meeting, not what we expected. But the rest of the trip was great.
