During my stay all the staff and service was amaizng! I have nothing bad to stay. This is an amazing all inclusive resort to stay at. All their restaurants having delicious food! Durante mi estancia, todo el personal y el servicio fueron increibles! No tengo ninguna queja. Es un resort todo incluido maravilloso. La comida en todos sus restaurantes es deliciosa!

This place was amazing! I went on a mother daughter trip and it was just what we needed. The place doesn’t have a TON to do like some other resorts but it was perfect for us. We stayed for a week and all we wanted was a pool, beach, and bar and Dream Sands checked those boxes. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was okay, but still good. The mexican restaurant was the best food we had while there. Amenities and room service always came within an hour, most of the time less than 30minutes. All the workers seemed happy to work there and were always helpful. Like most areas along the beach that “muggy’ feeling from the humidity is there but not something I would complain about but something to be aware of. The beach was clean and little to no seaweed. Obviously the stores in the resort and around are $$$ but if you bring all you need you’re all good! Can’t wait to be back :)

Kind friendly and very hospitable exceptional service and staff, resort was beautiful

The grounds are beautiful and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. The resort is somewhat on the smaller side, but it was still very nice. One drawback is the restaurants are only really open for dinner. So breakfast and lunch is usually the buffet. But the pools and beaches were great.

Hotel was a little more outdated than others but nice nonetheless

Staff member Jose Itza reached around the tongs that were in the bowl to grab my chips with his bare hands. It was the rudest most disgusting thing I have ever saw at a restaurant. He was really short while we were ordering and I didn't catch on to this until after I saw him treat our food that way. We were one of few Black Americans in the restaurant and my child saw him treating everyone else's food with care and using tongs so I am at a loss for words on why we were treated this way. It was very upsetting and disheartening.

It is okay overall but the staff could of have been nicer and the check in process took so longer

The beach is smelly, not blue, dirty Room is noisy. Restaurent need 1 hour waiting and dirty

Top TIER. I arrived July 11th to a different company resort in Playa Del Carmen but it was not at all like the pictures or reviews. I quickly had to find a new resort and Dreams Sands in Cancun came highly recommended. They were so patient with me making the sudden change of hotels and assured me the best experience. I was upgraded to an ocean view and the staff were IMPECCABLE. The food and drinks are good and the staff goes above and beyond. I asked the bartender for some coconut oil so I could tan better and expected a small portion but he gave me a whole new container and best believe my tan was amazing after. Really happy Dreams turned my experience around for the better. 100% would go back and already miss it.
