We had a great stay and time

Very disappointed!

This hotel gave a luxury feel without the cost. It did what it needed to do for the time spent there.

Property is located in a busy area but staff was nice. It is one of the poor hotels I have seen in terms of amenities in the room. Even coffee and milk are limited. Elevator is not maintained well enough handle the busy days. Overall, it is fine to stay there if it is only 1 or 2 days when they offer a reasonable fee to stay.

Food really was not good and price are so high when s compared with the quality of food. Hamburgers were overcoocked and arrived cool. Service was rude and not friendly.

Room 1218 needs serious maintenance. I had to call security to fix the safe is wide the room upon checking in. The card swipe for the door didn’t work properly. I tried both keys and took me a few minutes to get in. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the handle to turn on the shower falls off. But worst of all, I tried calling guest services one day around 7Pm, and nobody answered. I cAlled several times and Different departments and no answer. I panicked because if I was having an emergency I wouldn’t have been able to teach anyone. I called using my cellphone thinking it’ll make a difference and no answer. That said, the location was great and asking bel staff for directions and tips for places to visit was great. I used to work for a similar Hilton so was amazed how much Hilton had declined but o suspect it’s that property. Management needs to do better. The next morning I called to share my concerns and got through. The reception staff said that management would call me but of course that never happened. Suggestion: have someone answer the phone even if you must place the person on hold. Also, the breakfast isn’t worth $40. You need a much better spread and arrangement for that kind of money.

Elevators were broken during my stay and I had a stroller amongst other things. I wish it was better.

I really liked how friendly the staff was and how there was a store down in the lobby area with reasonable priced items to purchase. I also liked the lobby area and bar scene.

Great property. Parking and resorts fee too high.

Nice hotel, not sure if it’s work an extra $250 for a 3 day stay just for security deposits…… staff worker that helped us had an attitude and tried to tell us not once but twice that we were wrong about something we we’re definitely right about. Not to mention the price? Of the security deposit is not only not posted on the exposes listing or the Hilton website but if you look it up it says $50 for Hilton so that’s where I’m a bit confused. Overall lack of proper communication, even if it’s “common knowledge” it should not say “price to pay at property” if that’s not the exact price!
