Great balcony with a view to downtown. Great breakfast with very friendly staff.

thanks for the making my stay awesome

Good

rooms were refurbished and lovely ,staff couldnt do enough for me and my companions very friendly and helpful the restaurant and bar needs a complete refurb

When I arrived I was slightly alarmed as the lobby entrance had trash at the entrance, including an empty drink can and litter on the stairs leading in. I thought, oh, what have I gotten into..The reception area was a mess too. Open drinks, papers strewn. Not a high standard at all. Once I got into the room I was relieved and happy. Nice room. Great bed. Spacious.

Arrived to check in & there wasn’t a room available in lieu of the website saying so . We waited in the lobby for about an hour until we were able to get in our room . During the entire interaction , staff members were taking personal calls & not being attentive to the issue . In a totally separate occasion , the key cards didn’t work . We knocked on the door for a few minutes while a staff member sat at the front desk , on her phone . Unsure of the likelihood of me returning to stay at this property , just off of the service alone . However , the price point is attractive & , the rooms were semi-clean & the view was flawless .

Hot water didn’t work for half the stay, one elevator was broken, AC in room would fluctuate and not cool room, and staff was nice but not quick to do anything

Shaun and wendy team are nice. Excellent service in Social 62 restaurant

Best and most friendly service I’ve ever encountered!
