I love everything about this place, the food, culture, people, staff, and everything that comes with this resort. The place is luxurious, spacious, and also very welcoming. The vibe there is very pleasant and perfect for those who just wants a good getaway from work and comfortably relax. The staff was amazing and all very attentive, kind, and friendly. I was to shout out some special people who really took the experience to another level. First I want to talk about Cesar who served me at Bugambilia, he was amazing and was the best server I’ve ever had. He gave us a very nice and interactive show and gave some very good food recommendations. Talking to him wasn’t just like asking a server for tips but more of talking a very informed and kind friend who was always there for all your needs. I also want to shout out to Angel and Carlos who I’ve met at Silu. They were amazing people as well and very friendly and talkative. They are amazing people and really level up my experience that day for the teppanyaki. The beach view was amazing and the sand was clean and very nice. The palm trees was nice and the overall environment was very well decorated. The spa was nice and I met some very nice ladies who were friendly. What really made this a mind taking experience was the service provided by all the staff and custodians who not only treated us as very important guest but also as their best friend. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be back again very soon in the future.

We stayed in an oceanfront junior suite on the 8th floor. Cleaning staff does an excellent job keeping the room clean. Outstanding views from the balcony of the ocean, beach and swimming pools. All staff at this resort are extremely courteous and ready to take care of any need you may have. The food is great no matter where on this property you choose to dine. The spa is pricey but well worth it. Overall, an excellent experience staying at the Hyatt Zilara. Highly recommend.

More activities and music during the day would be great. It’s very quiet in the late afternoon and evening. The facility remodel was done well and the staff is very attentive. The swim out room is worth it!

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. I do not have the words to describe how good and luxurious this hotel and the staff are. Food is terrific, facilities are excellent and the staff are their jewel in the crown. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.

We had an incredible trip. Everything is so gorgeous and well kept. I highly recommend the swim-up suite. Every meal we ate was top notch. The staff was so kind and attentive. The white sensation night, foam party, and pool activities were highlights for us. Sandy is such a special gal and brought so much energy to each day.

Hyatt Zilara had a recent total renovation where they were closed for 13 months. The place looked amazing and staff is wonderful. Restaurants looked great but food was a little hit and miss. Maybe the cooks are figuring out the new menus. The hotel should cut back on sales staff within the hotel asking guest if they want to book an excursion or massage. It got old in my opinion. Overall I would go back and would recommend booking.

The Hyatt was a very,very great experience. All the staff members were polite and friendly. They went above and beyond to show you around and they were all very helpful. The facility was very clean. No need to leave the resort, they Hyatt has everything you would like to do. Great view of the beach front the property!

We had the absolute time at Zilara! One of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure you had the best stay. We were blown away! Special shoutouts to Orlando, and Cesar who were the most wonderful waiters. Gonzalo and Sandy - for entertainment were the BEST - brought such fun vibes for nonstop entertainment - pool volleyball, Bracelet making, foam parties! Pool Zumba and pool aerobics were sooo much fun - recommending to have this every day! Highlights bar was the place to be every night. Highly highly recommend!!
