很好 Staff were exceptional and the property is top end but there were significant renovations taking place and I believe this should be declared to guests when booking so they can make an informed choice on whether to stay.

超讚 We visit this hotel every summer and each time we enjoy our vacation tremendously and this year was no exception. We are very particular with the places we choose when we travel and the JW is a world class resort with service and amenities that matches that level of excellence.

不錯 The property was under construction and very loud when we were there( got home today) manager said they would deduct resort fee from my bill but did not so I will have to contact them. Also things were blocked off so you couldn’t really see how nice the inside of the hotel was. The pool area is beautiful. Food is very pricey!

JW Marriott Cancun -- a top end property with endless pools, poolside bars, great food, and direct access to the white sand beach.
To give you an idea of how thorough the service is -- they employ a falconer to chase away other birds from the pool and beach area. I didn't see one seagull while there.
What I especially appreciate is that they don't nickel-and-dime for minor things. Even a basic room -- quite reasonably priced -- gets free water bottles and coffee replaced each day. The bars, restaurants, and shops don't overcharge like other on-prem retailers at other hotels.
