N coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner turned off by cleaning staff or automatically turned off mid day and room pretty hot when returning at night.

The room was beautiful. The stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfast didn't have healthy options or options for dietary restrictions. The bathtub did not have a plug for some reason. Overall ok for a few days.

超讚 We stayed here from Oct 9-11, 2025. The place is so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were planning to stay in Venice but we were glad that we stayed in Murano instead. The place is only a ferry/boat away from Venice. Our room was clean, also they offer breakfast. We would come back here again.

At first I thought I made a mistake by booking a property on Murano Island away from the main tourist area in Venice, but I found the area quite refreshing after jostling around in bustling Venice most of the day. There were boat buses available that go to Venice every few minutes. It is very clean, quiet and I felt very safe walking around Murano. The hotel is quaint, clean, and has a delightful breakfast every morning for its occupants.
