We stayed for 3 nights me and my friend the weather was to hot but there was a swimming pool we enjoyed it. There was a room service everyday and we were happy for it.Thank you!

An absolutely terrible experience. We stayed at the hotel earlier in our trip and it was fine. We returned there for our final night after two discussions with the Manager/Owner about our plans. We needed to drop our bags early to catch a train to our activites for the day then check in later outside of front desk hours to sleep before leaving for the airport. When we dropped our bags the manager was not in yet. But the assistant took our bags. Had me write down our plans again to make sure they were understood. When we returned that evening there was no key for us. The bags were in the locked dinin area, with no note or anything. The after hours number did not work. We found a door behind the front desk unlocked that let us get to our bags and we booked a taxi to another hotel. When we pulled into the new hotel someone from the hotel called back and asked if we needed help. The room was prepaid through expedia so now I have to try to dispute the charge for the last night.

Great experience. Staff were very nice and friendly.

We enjoyed the quaint setting and European Charm Enjoyed it a lot. Caught the bus to Venice with no problem.

Beautiful room and view will try and go back next year.

General any good place?

I planned on a relaxing afternoon stay after a busy month trip before an early morning return flight to the States. No luck here. Restaurant and pool were closed. No toilet amenities and an uncomfortable night with no A/C. No nite staff and the airport shuttle was an expensive car service after a $270 room rate. No value here for a very disappointing stay.

Some stuff in the bedroom was broken, but not a massive big deal. Shame the pool was green. But overall nice breakfast and easy location to find.

Instead of double bed, we got two single mattresses on bed, they was not fitted and moving, 3 times need was wake up to move back.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shower had trouble draining and the mini fridge couldnt get cold.
