Conveniently located close to public transport. Room was lovely. Clean and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Safe underground on site parking too. Great rates. Five star. Will stay again and recommend to all.

Room was clean, had to ask for more towels as we only were given two & we had a child with us. Bin could have been a bit bigger considering we had a child under two staying with us but other then that it was nice, close to marvel which we loved. We will be back

Hot water didn’t work . Told them the night before . Nothing was done . Complained in the morning if we could get another room to have a shower and no one helped and contacted us as the phone were down in the place . Night reception staff more worried about personal conversations than serving guest .
