The Mercure was extremely convenient and central to all major shopping, food and entertainment. The staff were amazing. They were all so friendly, a big warm smile and so helpful. We'll definitely be back. Thankyou for having us, Mercure Melbourne

The hotel is centrally located near Bourke street and the tram network.
Breakfast was good with eggs available on demand.
Plenty of tv channels as it seems to have all the Foxtel channels.
