還好 Quite disappointed with the stay. Hot water does not work at 7am for some odd reason.
Steam room not operational.
AC main remote which is on the room wall Said 'HL' THROUGHOUT OUR STAY.
when enquired about this to the staff, they said they can change it from downstairs, I mean how does that work?
We asked for water bottle, the receptionist said not in stock.
I mean there was nothing right about this.

Good location for shops, entertainment and marvel stadium. The room needed maintenance and a better clean, mould in the shower and scrape marks on bathroom door. Breakfast was pretty average. They had a gaming room which was good but this needed maintenance, equipment broken or missing. Great view from pool deck, not pool weather but would have used spa if it was warmer.

Very few shops in the area around Docklands now. Thankfully we utilised the Hoyts cinemas and restaurants. The pool was virtually inaccessible due to the very high winds around the area. Some of the tiles had come away in the pool which proved t be a little dangerous for my daughter. The room itself was neat and tidy. No amenities other than milk in the bar fridge. The furniture in the hallways could do with a clean. The kids loved the buffet breakfast. All in all, on OK stay.
