The best trained hotel staff I have ever met. Everyone was so kind and informative. The hotel is stunning, and food options were good. The park view room was worth every cent. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at the Helios. The room was surprisingly spacious and well designed. The air conditioning in the room wasn't great near the bathroom but worked well in the area with the beds. We enjoyed the pool and early entry to Epic Universe. If you are going to Epic Universe theme park, you must stay at the Helios!

Great Hotel, the convenience to the park is outstanding. The Flora Taverna restaurant is a little pricey but I'd say the food and service was worth the money. Definitely recommend it if you are heading to Epic.

Staff was very helpful and courteous, being at the hotel is such a save on convenience. Being so close to the park and having the ability to go back to the room for a 30 minute break and go right outside to the park immediately is totally worth it. Saved us during the rain spurts in the day. We were able to go to room and take a break dry off change clothes and start a new. Beautiful clean rooms, hotel gives you the option to text for more things you may need to be brought up to your room. There were even filtered fountains on every floor by the ice machines you could use to fill up your water bottles. That was such a pleasant thing to have available. We would fill our souvenir cups with ice and water before we left and while we were in the room. Free shuttles were available right outside the front door with shade covered. They also will hold your luggage before check in or check out if you have delays. The view from the bar top restaurant is definitely worth to go visit especially at night during the ending fountain show or fireworks. They have a mini Starbucks downstairs lobby and don’t forget pool side restaurant, that was our favorite place to go eat. Very delicious food.

Un hotel muy bonito y limpio al lado del parque Epic lo q te facility la entrada desde el hotel un poco mas temprano q los demás visitantes ,es un poco caro lo cual me hubiese gustado q incluyera el parque ya q si no tienes los tickets no puedes entrar ,por lo demás todo bien ,la piscina esta muy buena es bastante grande y hay un bar donde el personal te atiende con mucha amabilidad ,lo q reitero todo es caro allí
