The hotel is beautiful, however they need to clean their showers better. Ours had stains and that is quite bad for a property of their caliber. We had to change rooms in the end. The staff were kind and helpful but really look into the cleaning! Thanks

Superb stay and friendly staff everywhere

It was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised

I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 4 years and had a really disappointing stay during my most recent trip. I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel. Although the rooms are still nice and the location is very convenient the experiences with staff within the hotel will probably deter me from staying here again.

It was really comfortable and a beautiful and large room. The only little bother was the noise from the club. We were on the 10th floor, and it disturbed our sleep a little.

Excellent as always! Canopy by Hilton London is now our go to hotel. Staff are friendly, polite providing an exceptional service. We stayed in 2025 one weekend for our engagement and the hotel went above and beyond to make this special not to forget the stylish rooms and being close proximity to prime spots. On this occasion we were lucky enough to be ‘Guests of the day’ which meant we received a complimentary upgrade and a couple of perks! Thank you Canopy!

Really good location with quick access to transportation and not far from Tower Bridge. Restaurants conveniently located in hotel. Bathroom in room rather small and not best layout but overall a nice hotel with nice decor.

Customer service is friendly. Quiet area ,with a restaurants around. Location is fine opposite Alrgate station. I like that room , modern , clean. Provided a tap at the elevated. The only complaint is They don’t provide any basic amenities like tooth brush and vanity kit which is disappointing. I would expect such basis amenities to be made more available before asking to us.
