This was in a convenient location and it was clean and the beds were comfortable (even the couch pull out couch) but we found better for the price in the area. There were minor things that could have made for an improvement. There was no room in the lobby and limited elsewhere to hang out outside the room. The appliances were hard to use and the instructions for them were not accurate on the TV which was missing its remote and took another 2 tries to get working. They close the main doors later at night, forcing you thru a backdoor that feels less safe. The suite had a big opening between the bedroom and living room that couldn't be closed off (a simple for privacy - a sliding closure or curtain would have improved things. While we paid for 3 we had to nearly fight housekeeping to get 3 sets of cups or towels and they were sassy. For the steep price we just expected a bit more.

Type of room we booked was not available so we were given another room upon check-in. The room was noisy due to the tubes passing every fee minutes. We could not sleep more than 2 hours so requested to move rooms the following day. We received written confirmation this would happen and when we returned later in the day into a new room as promised, we were told the other room had been given to another guest. This was late evening so no other rooms available and we booked into another hotel rather than get no sleep. The desk staff said they could do nothing to help us and to return the following day to speak to management even though we had to go to another hotel 20 minutes away by tube. This was not an option for us due to flight times.

Excellent room, amenities, staff support, extremely convenient Tube connections to all points west, and easy walk to interesting food & neighborhoods to the east. We will be back!

Location is perfect for transport links and plenty of places to eat close by, staff very friendly & helpful, luggage storage before check in & after check out available, wifi works well. Rooms are a very good size, iron and board, safe, hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets and a yoga mat. A/C works well. Kitchen has a full size fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (Superior Studio) second room we had also had washer/dryer and dishwasher (Executive Suite) dishwasher tablets provided but not washing up liquid or a teatowel, which would of been handy as didn't want to put dishwasher on for 2 cups, so just eneded up rinsing. Water, teabags, coffee and biscuits are provided in room. Beds are VERY firm and not going to suit everyone, pillows not that great but managble for a few nights. We didn't get a very good view with either room unfortunately but would stay again.

Nice hotel, centrally located, good breakfast and subway is 2 minutes away.

Great property with an amazing location. Trains can be a little loud depending on your location in the hotel. Would certainly stay here again for the location at Tower bridge and access to the Metro.

Lovely hotel and staff, they can’t do enough for you. The bar area is nice and a good choice of drinks.

A fantastic hotel but exactly what you'd expect for the price. It isn't cheap but we loved everything about it. Really spacious rooms and super convenient. Real great location on the Circle Line right next door to a Tube Station. We asked for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor in advance, that was the only thing they were unable to do for us.

Our stay was wonderful! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to get around. Having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and all the other amenities made our stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Bedsheets were not cleaned even once after in iur 6 nights stay there. The washing and drying machine and kitchen with sink and utensils were a unique part. Excellent location. Overall splendid experience.
